GST - The quote prices are inclusive of GST., (GST 18% )
Payment - After 5 to 10 working days, after collection.
Validity - Quotation will be valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Product must be aggregated at ground floor single location per site.
Product must comply with specification as provided, no pick-up for otherwise case.
Products which has HDD must be formatted.
Easy access/space to the gate for loading of the material.
Single Location considered, Multi-location shall apply an additional cost.
Customer shall issue own Asset declaration letter/form.
The collection schedule will be provided by ECS.
Any change in collection schedule during the pick-up at the site shall apply an additional cost.
Customer fail to deliver after confirmation will charge.
Customer must provide sufficient access time & space for onsite asset count.
If there is any material change the quote becomes invalid.
Customer shall hand over items post data sanitization, ECS hold no responsibilities of Digital Information inside if any.
